New Mexico Hemp Services – Santa Rosa, NM
Awarded $246,000 through JTIP to support the training of 17 new hires at an average wage of $19.41 per
hour. SeedCrest facilitated the funding process, provided staffing support, and conducted tailored training programs for positions including lab technicians, extraction chemists, storage clerks, and an electrician. This
funding helped establish a fully integrated hemp operation by the end of 2019.
2024 - May
Oasis Cannabis Co. Albuquerque, NM
Secured $260,100 in JTIP funding to train 50 new employees at an average wage of $19.28 per hour. As a professional employer organization for Oasis Cannabis Co., the company supports over 120 employees,
including 40 staff at the Albuquerque production and manufacturing facility. SeedCrest guided the
application process and supported workforce training, enhancing the supply chain for five local stores and
one in Farmington.
2024 - September
Gonzo Family Farms – Santa Fe, NM
Received $206,988 in JTIP funding to train 19 new hires at an average wage of $29 per hour. Specializing in
innovative, rapid-acting recreational cannabis products, the company emphasizes sustainability and
community engagement. SeedCrest provided strategic assistance in securing Gonzo Family Farms’ first
successful JTIP application, helping establish a skilled workforce aligned with their mission.
2024 - November
Oasis Cannabis Co. Albuquerque, NM
Secured $229,100 in JTIP funding to train 40 new employees at an average wage of $19.28 per hour.
SeedCrest was pivotal in supporting this second successful JTIP application, enabling the company to expand its workforce to 170 employees since February 2023. The funding strengthened operations at the
Albuquerque facility, which supplies five local stores, including two additional locations in Farmington and
Roswell.
