Job Description:

Thrive Craft Cannabis Co. is seeking a motivated Cannabis Lounge & Dispensary Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff. This role blends dispensary expertise, café-style service, shift management, and team leadership to create a seamless and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
‍

• Customer Experience & Product Knowledge 
  
  • Provide expert guidance on cannabis products, ensuring compliance and education for customers. 
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable approach. 
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and infused beverages in our lounge.

•  Shift Management & Supervisory Duties 
  
  • Oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.  
  • Lead and support team members, delegating tasks and maintaining high standards of performance.  
  • Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing coaching to staff.  
  • Ensure compliance with dispensary regulations and company policies.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting.
      
• Operations & Inventory 
  
  • Maintained lounge and dispensary cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.  
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
      
•  Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): 
  
  • Experience managing or creating social media content for business promotion. 
  • Ability to engage with customers online and enhance brand awareness through digital platforms.

Qualifications: 
‍

• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and effects.  
• Passion for hospitality, with prior experience in a café, restaurant, or similar customer-focused environment.  
• Previous supervisory or shift lead experience preferred. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.  
• Required Certifications:
   
  
  • NM Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).  
  • Cannabis Server Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
