Responsibilities

• Start a business with the backing of a great brand... attend tradeshows, host networking parties and events, or network with your colleagues who own CBD and HEMP stores to get the products on their shelves. Whether you sell business to consumer or business to business is up to you... your hours are up to you!
• Representing the brand in tradeshows, to clients, and online. This is a franchise-like opportunity without the huge fees and buy-ins. It's a role with the company that allows you to retail products on the go, online, and to stores, which entails your ability to initiate business and refer to people who trust you. Work with a top sales team and leader to earn extra cash while doing the right thing by your friends, family, and leads.

Qualifications

‍

• 2-5 years of sales and retail experience
• Must have your own market or ability to create one
• Must have an entrepreneurial skill set and the ability to set your own goals and schedule
• Must want to be a business owner
• Must keep accurate and good records of billing and earnings
• Must keep a training schedule with leadership teams

Requirements

• Product Training Certificate with Kathleen Kweskin
• 5 Training and Coaching Sessions with Leadership Teams
• Must Sign Up for or host 6 networking events in the next 6 months

Preparation

• Unlike any commission-based Brand Ambassador role the selected 3 candidates will be loaned a starter or marketing kit that is paid down over time, when they are able to own it outright for their business. In essence, Grow Wellness is going to invest in you, help you to get started, coach you, and then stand by you to support as you launch you Grow Wellness business in New Mexico.
